🧠 Even during my studies I combined several STEM disciplines rather than committing to just one — and that is exactly what still drives me today: bringing together knowledge from natural science, technology and AI and translating it into clean structures.
🚀 I hold a doctorate in the life sciences, followed by three years of project and PMO work in a GMP-regulated mRNA environment: there I steered development projects across time, budget and quality, was responsible for a portfolio with a multi-million-euro budget scope and, in parallel as PMO officer, harmonised and automated processes across sites. Alongside this I consistently built up AI and automation expertise.

⭐ I bring together scientific depth, regulated project experience and modern digital tools. My field: PMO, project, process and lifecycle management, AI-assisted automation and consulting-oriented roles at the interface of life sciences, medtech and technology.
Steering interdisciplinary development projects across time, budget and quality in a GMP-regulated mRNA environment. As the central point of contact I was responsible for budget and resource planning, risk and escalation management, reporting to leadership and compliance with EU/FDA requirements. In parallel, as PMO officer in the global PMO network: cross-site harmonisation and automation of processes with MS Project, Power BI and Power Automate.
Part-time sole proprietorship in graphic and web design, print-on-demand, online publishing and AI-assisted content creation. Here I worked early on with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and LeonardoAI, automated workflows and built up hands-on implementation and AI skills.
Doctorate in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine: 3D bioprinting of artificial tissues, development of custom bioreactors and a reproducible „one-button" manufacturing process for 3D organ models. Additionally reorganised internal lab and logistics workflows and represented the doctoral researchers on the steering committee of the TRR225 research consortium.
Biomedical research in regenerative medicine, artificial organs and tissue engineering — applied lab work at the interface of science and industry, including in the context of bioprinting-based organ models.
